SH Power, as the winning bidder for this project, undertook the EPC turnkey contracting responsibilities, covering design, procurement, and construction.

Design & Optimization: Led the completion of the project’s overall technical and construction drawing design. Conducted targeted layout planning for the complex terrain, optimizing the tilt angles of the PV arrays and cable routing to enhance overall system efficiency.
Equipment Integration & Procurement: Managed the selection, technical specification development, and centralized procurement of key equipment. This fully utilized the company’s integration capabilities within the power industry supply chain to ensure equipment quality and control project costs.
- Construction & Management: Executed and managed all on-site civil works, bracket installation, module placement, electrical installation, and commissioning. Overcame on-site construction challenges through strict schedule, safety, and quality management, ensuring the project’s successful grid connection.
