Overview
SHPower GAPI is an internal backend integration service used by SHPOWER enterprise systems to interact with Google Workspace APIs, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Purpose of the Service
This service is designed for:
- Automated data synchronization with Google Sheets
- Reading and writing structured business data stored in spreadsheets
- Managing internal documents stored in Google Drive
- Supporting enterprise workflow automation and reporting systems
Google API Usage
This application uses Google APIs strictly in a backend-to-backend context. It does not provide public user-facing authentication or login functionality.
APIs in Use
- Google Sheets API – for reading and updating spreadsheet data
- Google Drive API – for accessing and managing internal files
All API access is limited to authorized enterprise-owned Google Workspace resources.
Data Handling
- No user personal data is collected from external end users
- Only enterprise-owned or system-authorized Google Workspace data is accessed
- Data is not shared with third parties
- No data is used for advertising or profiling
Security
All Google API credentials are securely stored on server-side infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized backend systems only.
