This product complies with the regulations of GB/T 1094 (Power Transformers), GB/T 6451 (Technical Parameters and Requirements for Oil-immersed Power Transformers), and GB 20052 (Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers). In actual production, the material grade of the core shall not be lower than the requirements specified in the engineering drawings.
The product utilizes a hermetically sealed corrugated steel tank structure (or fully enclosed circular steel tank structure), which completely isolates the transformer oil from the surrounding air. This prevents the oil from absorbing moisture from the atmosphere and degrading its dielectric strength. Furthermore, by preventing oxygen from entering the tank, it mitigates the aging of insulation materials, thereby extending the service life of the equipment and enhancing its social and environmental benefits.
