Power Supply Characteristics of the Cold Chain Logistics Industry: Frozen food bases have extremely high requirements for power supply reliability. Any power interruption to the refrigeration systems can lead to goods spoilage and significant economic losses. For a large-scale frozen food base with an annual capacity of 240,000 tons, its power supply system necessitates exceptionally high reliability, stability, and intelligent monitoring capabilities.
Specific Environmental Requirements of the Frozen Base: The internal environment of the base is characterized by low temperatures and high humidity. Furthermore, the frequent starting and stopping of refrigeration equipment places higher demands on the environmental adaptability and impact resistance of the power supply equipment. The client required a compact substation solution capable of adapting to the cold chain environment, featuring comprehensive protection functions, and supporting remote monitoring.

Addressing the specific needs of the frozen food base, SH Power provided a customized European-style compact substation solution:
Core Equipment Configuration:
European-Style Compact Substation: Adopts a “line” type structural layout, with independent compartments for the high-voltage switchgear room, transformer room, and low-voltage switchgear room, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
High-Voltage Switchgear: Configured with 10kV withdrawable switchgear, equipped with microprocessor-based protection devices to achieve comprehensive relay protection functions.
Dry-Type Transformer: Selected SCB14-type high-efficiency, energy-saving dry-type transformers, featuring low losses, low noise, and high reliability.
Low-Voltage Switchgear: Utilizes MNS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, configured with intelligent circuit breakers supporting remote monitoring and control.
Technical Highlights & Innovative Design:
Enhanced Environmental Adaptability: The enclosure uses a double-layer sealed structure, equipped with an automatic temperature and humidity control system and anti-condensation devices, ensuring stable equipment operation in low-temperature, high-humidity environments.
Efficient Heat Dissipation Design: The enclosure incorporates an intelligent temperature-controlled ventilation system that automatically starts and stops fans based on internal temperature, ensuring optimal operating conditions.
Intelligent Monitoring System: Configured with an intelligent power monitoring system for real-time monitoring of electrical parameters in each circuit, supporting fault early warning and remote operation, enabling unattended operation.
High-Reliability Protection: The high-voltage side is configured with a comprehensive relay protection system, and the low-voltage side has multiple protection mechanisms, ensuring power supply continuity for the refrigeration equipment.
