Description

Fully Automatic “Three-Remote” Control System
(Remote Control, Remote Telemetry, Remote Signaling)

This system incorporates all functions of the standard automatic type and features a computer communication interface for connectivity with host computers (SCADA/PC), enabling unattended operation.

Communication Options:
Depending on user requirements, the system supports:

  • Direct connection via RS232.
  • Long-distance communication via RS232 to RS485 conversion.
  • Unlimited distance communication via Ethernet.

Remote Signaling (Telemetry) Functions:
The system monitors and transmits real-time status data, including:

  • Operational Status: Running / Stopped
  • Control Mode: Automatic / Manual
  • Engine & Generator Parameters: Over-voltage, Over-current, Overload, Frequency, RPM, Coolant Temperature, Cylinder Temperature, Belt Status, Lubricating Oil Temperature.
  • System Status: Starting Status, Battery Charger Faults.
  • Unit Configuration: Primary / Standby unit status.

Basic Control System

Equipped with manual start control modules from imported brands like Deep Sea and ComAp, or equivalent domestic alternatives.
The system features analog gauge instrumentation to display various generator parameters.
It includes comprehensive protection against:

  • Low oil pressure
  • High water temperature
  • Overspeed
  • Short circuits

Auto-Start Control System

Equipped with single-unit auto-start control modules from imported brands such as Deep Sea and ComAp, or equivalent domestic alternatives.

The control module features an LCD screen to display various generator parameters.

The system provides comprehensive generator protection, fulfills all functional requirements for automated generator sets, and includes ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) automatic control functionality.

Parallel System

Classification:
  • By Control Mode: Available in Manual and Automatic parallel systems.
  • By Installation Type: Available in Integrated (On-board) and Split-type configurations.
Manual Parallel System:
Equipped with synchronization detection devices, reverse power protection, and overload protection. It features manual adjustment for voltage and frequency, along with ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) automatic control functionality.
Automatic Parallel System:
Utilizes automatic paralleling modules from imported brands such as Deep Sea and ComAp, or equivalent domestic alternatives. The system automatically adjusts voltage, frequency, and phase angle; detects synchronization; controls circuit breaker closing and opening; and automatically balances active and reactive loads.
