Description

The 35kV composite suspension insulator features a labyrinth-type waterproof design at its end and utilizes an outer covering rubber process, significantly enhancing the product’s waterproof and impermeable performance. The aerodynamically designed silicone skirt, combined with sheath integral molding technology, ensures that all creepage distances effectively boost the self-cleaning discharge capacity of synthetic insulators in any climatic and fouling conditions.
The composite insulator is primarily composed of a core bar, umbrella sleeve and skirt, metal fittings, and other major components. Drawing on our production experience, we employ “segmental continuous injection molding” and a “crimping type” process to manufacture AC and DC composite insulators.
