Description

Certified by IEC and VEIKI, the 132 kV power line composite insulators are lightweight, with proven fixed contamination levels, voltage withstand characteristics, and shock resistance.
The umbrella sleeve and skirt exhibit excellent water repellency, aging resistance, and chemical stability. They are wrapped around the mandrel to shield it from atmospheric erosion and provide exceptional insulation. Additionally, they offer the necessary creepage distance to ensure the product’s superior electrical performance.

  • Utilizing state-of-the-art up-cylinder silicone rubber injection molding equipment;
  • Implementing an advanced product ejection and removal mechanism to prevent damage to the mandrel from uneven forces and excessive prying angles during manual extraction, thereby enhancing product quality;
  • Employing a newly developed far-infrared wind circulation heating structure oven, which features independent intellectual property rights and ensures uniformity of the cured film after core rod coating, to guarantee bond quality.
