Description

C-GIS (Cubicle Gas-Insulated Switchgear) is a type of metal-enclosed switchgear that uses gas insulation. It is mainly used in medium and high voltage power systems up to and including 35kV. Its core features include modular design, compact structure, and high reliability. It is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and urban rail transit.

  • SF6 gas-insulated, vacuum circuit breaking.
  • 40.5kV dual gas-compartment modular structure, 12kV single gas-compartment structure.
  • All high-voltage circuits are fully gas-sealed.
  • Metal enclosed cabinet housing.
  • Primary high-voltage live parts are fully sealed and not affected by the environment.
  • Four compartments, among them, the VCB compartment can be replaced without interrupting the busbar power supply when needed.
  • Solid-sealed pole VCB, longitudinal magnetic field arc extinguishing; Three-position switch (close-isolate-ground).
  • Typical cabinet width for 40.5kV: 1250A 600mm, 2500A 800mm.
